Transparent Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Realty Pixels, we strive to provide the highest quality digital services for our clients. Because we deliver customized, high-end professional assets (video post-production, full-stack web development, and digital brand strategy), our refund policy is engineered to ensure fairness, mutual respect, and absolute clarity.

1. Service Initiation

Once a project has officially commenced—meaning the initial brief is completed, production schedules are locked, and engineering resources have been allocated—the initial deposit is non-refundable. This deposit secures your slot and covers our pre-production planning and resource scheduling.

2. Video Post-Production & Editing

For our high-authority cinematic property tours and immersive FPV editing services:

  • Full cancellation of the editing contract is available if requested within 24 hours of placing the order, provided asset processing has not begun.
  • If a project is paused or cancelled mid-production by the client, billing will be calculated based on the hours of edit-work already completed.
  • Once the final high-resolution video assets have been delivered and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued.

3. Web Development & Digital Strategy

For our custom property portals and high-performance listing websites:

  • Project fees are strictly structured around verified development milestones.
  • Once a technical milestone (e.g., UI/UX design wireframe, front-end development, or portal deployment) is reviewed, approved, and delivered, the corresponding milestone payment becomes non-refundable.
  • In the event of an abrupt project cancellation, you will only be invoiced for the specific development milestones or codebase completed up to that exact date.

4. Revisions & Elite Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your absolute satisfaction. All of our premium development and editing packages include a dedicated number of strategic revision rounds. If the initial drafts do not align with your vision, our team will work closely with you through these revision cycles to ensure the final product hits our elite, high-converting standards.

5. Requesting a Cancellation or Refund

To formally request a refund or discuss a contract cancellation, please contact your dedicated Project Manager directly or email our accounts team at info@realtypixels.com with your unique Project ID. All formal requests are audited, reviewed, and processed within 3 to 5 business days.

6. Policy Updates

Realty Pixels reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any discretion. Any structural changes will be immediately live on this page and will apply to all new digital projects initiated after the timestamp of the update.
